On Ljusterö, in the middle of the Stockholm archipelago, is now an exclusive villa for rent. The villa is the original Holmsängen Farm anno 1909, and is equally suitable for holidays with friends as for meetings, conferences and receptions. The house can accommodate 11 overnight guests or up to 20 dinner /conference guests. The house is rented on a weekly basis during the peak summer season, the rest of the year even per weekend or day.Shore and private jetty
Villa Holmsängen is located on the shore of Ramsmoraviken and has several terraces in different directions. The building is surrounded by a large garden with beautiful trees and generous lawns that invites to play ball games. From the lawn, a path leads down to the water where there is a jetty, where you can enjoy the sun late into the evenings. Bath temperature in the bay outside is usually a few degrees higher than average. Within 5 nautical miles are three classic island restaurants: Ingmarsö Krog, Svartsö Krog and Grinda Värdshus.
A newly renovated house with 5 bedrooms
The building is internally refurbished and includes 5 bedrooms and 11+4 beds. The house has two tiled bathrooms with shower, a small toilet and a modern well-equipped kitchen with large dining area. On each floor there is a living room with sea view and fireplace.
The surroundings offer many kinds of activities
There is a rowing boat and equipment for fishing and some outdoor activities in the house. Around the corner there are beautiful woods for walking and picking berries and mushrooms, the garden is filled with various kinds of fruit trees. We can provide kayaks, bicycles or larger boat to your specifications. Moreover, there is an 18-hole golf course 6 km away from the house. Ramsmora Shipyard & Marina nextdoor offers sea transports and can accommodate larger boats.
